Online orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from date of purchase. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number (US only). International orders will be sent via USPS with a document location number for customs but not a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned. Orders of $100 and more will be eligible to receive free standard shipping (US only).
 Card Verification                                              EVERY order will undergo verification before shipping, if the billing and shipping address does not match your order will be cancelled
For orders placed prior 6pm (EST) will be processed that day, if placed after 6pm (EST) an additional day will be required for processing. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our system. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping time, we entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. We apologize for any inconvenience during these times and thank you for your understanding.
 We DO ship INTERNATIONALLY delivery can take longer than domestic shipping depending on location.Â
 We RECOMMEND you add optional services to help protect against lost orders, theft during transit. At check-out, you have options to select signature confirmation (someone must be home to sign). We are not responsible for delivery issues that may occur once the carrier accepts the package.
Please review your shipping address before paying for your order. Please edit and double check your details for corrections. If the address you provide is incorrect, there may be a delay with delivery. If your address is incorrect, it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your order.
Lost/ Stolen Packages                                              If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email or phone for address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response in 7 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee due prior to shipping.
